In 1985 a house near Brisbane had a problem with leaves building up in the gutters. The owner scoured the ads in local papers and yellow pages looking for a suitable guard for the gutters. Not finding anything that would do the job and last for a reasonable amount of time, the owner investigated alternative materials.
What was found was an expanded aluminium sheet material with a fine hole size and a unique ability to compel water into the gutter system.
Once installed to the property, friends and neighbours asked if it could be fitted to their homes too and thus Gutter Guardian® was formed.

Self Install
GGA Gutter Guard is very simple to install yourself. the sipmlest method is to slip the guard into the back of the gutter and roll it under the roof material and clip into the front lip of the gutter.
FITS IN MINUTES...... LASTS FOR YEARS!
You can also slide the guard under the roof sheet or push the tiles back and fit the guard flat and clip it into the gutter again. As the material comes in a flat sheet, there is no one way to install it. therefore it fits to all combinations of roof and gutter.
Why Fit Gutter Guard?
Gutters are great for taking the rain water from your roof and putting it where YOU want it. HOWEVER....
When there is a build up of leaves and debris in the gutter, firstly it stops the flow of rain water along the gutters to the down pipes.
